Accommodation Villa Falkusa
Villa Falkusa for 4 persons is a newly built house located right by the sea in an olive grove. Distance to the sea is only 15 m to pebble stone beach with gradual entry into the water, therefore this destination is ideal for small children. Villa Falkusa is suitable for holidays with small children, thanks to spacious land with trees where children can run and play.The drive to bay Ante Bay to villa Falkuša is on a macadam road. This way is travelable for conventional cars but the cars should drive with caution due to potential potholes.
The nearest remote village Tkon is about 7 km away. There you can purchase your groceries and restock your supplies of food. There is supermarket, also a bakery, confectionery, vegetable stands, information centre and a post office. There is also a ferry line from a harbour Biograd na Moru (Biograd ferry line-Tkon - 15 min ride).
Parking is available in a reserved parking lot about 180 m from the house.
There are deckchairs and a portable grill available for the guests.
Berth for a boat is free of charge ahead of the house.
The running water available here is rainwater that is collected during the winter to a water tank under the house and therefore should be spent sparingly. Please treat it with care and do not waste it. Water may also be used for drinking, but in case of concerns we recommend you bring bottled water or boil water before drinking. There is an outdoor shower - water heated by sun.
Electricity is obtained from solar panels and is converted into a voltage of 220 V. There are standard European plug sockets.
The house also offers a stove, so it is possible to stay in the spring or autumn or even winter season because there is plenty of wood available around.
There are protective mosquito nets installed on the windows.
Pets are allowed to stay in the villa for an additional fee upon request.
If interested, a fishing trip with the owner can be arranged. In the case of a longer stay, the owners are prepared to bring ordered food about once a week to the clients. The owners can supply olive oil, vegetables and figs themselves.
Villa Falkusa is the last house on one side of the bay of St. Ante so therefore it is a very quiet peaceful location. Another advantage is the great spaciousness, airiness and quality of the new house including its furnishings and facilities that specially challenging guests will appreciate.
