Zrmanja rafting and paddling up to Krupa River is a perfect mixture of fascinating scenery and adventure. To start, these two rivers are among the most beautiful rivers in Croatia and Europe. Hidden in the remote area in the Zadar hinterland, rafting the Zrmanja River will amaze you with its clean water and intact nature. Zrmanja rafting River trip begins in the village of Kastel Zegarski, situated 1 h drive from Zadar, 1h 20 minutes drive from Sibenik, 2 h drive from Split, and 1 h 45 minutes from the Plitvice Lakes Area. Even if you don’t have any previous rafting experience you can join this trip. Actually, this whitewater rafting is safe enough even for 6-year-olds. And, if you are an experienced rafter, you will enjoy it nevertheless. In addition to the above-mentioned beautiful scenery, you will also encounter more challenging rapids and drops that will give you a needed adrenaline rush.

Itinerary:
10:00 – Meeting at the starting point – Kastel Zegarski

10:35 – Trip leader briefing: safety instruction and trip description.

10:45 – Start of the rafting.

12:00 – Swimming and jumping at the big waterfall.

13:00 – Continue rafting.

14:30 – End of the rafting

Min 4 – max 30 people per group. Larger groups are on request. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. In case the minimum number of participants is not met but the guest/s still want to do the trip, the price increases by a percentage depending on the final number of participants.

Gear list: shorts or bathing suit and a hat, T-shirt and sandals (or sports shoes), towel, sun cream, water and snack (optional)
Equipment: We use professional SOTAR rafting boats for max 8 people, with a trained guide in each boat. You will get a life jacket, a paddle, and a helmet, plus long neoprene suits and rain jackets in case of cold weather. Waterproof containers are available for personal items.

Please note that kayaking boats are used in case of lower water levels.
Rafting season is usually from April 15 –  June 16, Sept 30 – Oct 27

In price included: English speaking guide, use of necessary equipment, insurance, secure parking for personal cars at the start point, return transfer from the endpoint back to your personal car

In price not included: incoming and outgoing transport by bus or van from the Zadar-Šibenik area, lunch or picnic.

The discount for children is valid for children from 6 to 12 years accompanied by an adult
