Excursion National Park Krka Waterfalls + Šibenik

National park is situated only 12 km from Šibenik, in the beautiful surroundings of the Krka River which forms gorgeous waterfalls cascading over 17 naturally shaped cascades. Tour is organised by a bus to town Skradin, and then by boat to the biggest waterfall - Skradinski buk. After a nice walk and perhaps a swim the tour is continued towards Šibenik where we stop for a short sightseeing of the town. The town of Krešimir is one of the oldest places on the Adriatic Coast and it is the hub of cultural heritage of different historic periods. Your guide will show you the St. Jakov cathedral in Šibenik which is completely built of stone. It is unique for its daring constructions of stone panels without using any binding material. From the fortress of St. Ana, which you will also visit, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the river Krka estuary and Šibenik archipelago. The semi-day bus trip, sightseeing of the city, churches and cultural monuments, free time for shopping, a guide.
