Villa Caramel is an apartment house located in a quiet residentiak part of the town of Biograd na moru. The distance to the city center is about 800 m and to the sea and the city beach of Soline is about 400 m. The path to the sea leads through the pleasant shade of pine trees, which makes the walk to the beach pleasant. Apartment house Caramel has a total of 15 accommodation units, so it is also suitable for accommodating groups or larger families. All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi, a balcony, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and bed linen is also available for guests. Parking for guests is provided in the yard or at a neighbor's for an additional charge according to the price list. Barbecue is not available. The stay of pets (up to 10 kg) is allowed upon prior request and surcharge according to the price list.

Both the bedroom and the living room have ventilation windows. The main advantage is that even in summer these apartments are pleasantly cool and air conditioning is not needed, and thanks to the special price they are one of the most popular.
