Holiday cottage Magunja for 2-3 persons is located in a secluded in inland area in Neviđane on the island of Pasman. The house is located 4 km from the sea, where is the sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea. From the house to the sea is a macadam path and you can go by car or on foot, but we recommend you suitable and sturdy shoes.From the house there is a beautiful view of the sea. The house is surrounded by greenery, beautiful olive grove. The path to the house is macadam about 3 km from the main road. You can arrive by car yourself or leave the car at houskeepers home in Neviđane and they will take you to the house.
The garden has an area of 1,000 square meters. Parking is at the house. Guests can use the grill. Pets are allowed for a fee. The house has a patio which is protected against the sun. Boat mooring is possible in Neviđane at the owner and is available on request.
Water in the house is rainwater collected in tanks, so we recommend you bring bottled water. The house has no hot water, water is heated by the sun. It is necessary to use water sparingly and buy it before your arrival, since the nearest store is far away.
Electricity is produced by solar panels (you need to pay attention to energy consumption), socket has a voltage of 220 V, you can use only lighter devices such as computer and mobile phone (you can not use devices such as irons, mixer, dryer etc.), there is a gas stove and electricity refrigerator.
The house has a TV. The mobile signal is available.
In the town of Nevidane in the center is shop and post office about 3 km, the nearest restaurant is about 5 km, ATM 9 km, 13 km pharmacy. Nearest big city Biograd na Moru is located on the land 16 km away.
You can visit other beaches in Neviđane as sand, gravel and stone and also with concrete slabs.
The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry Biograd - Tkon (the ride takes about 15 min.) and Zadar - Preko (the ride takes 30 min.). Preko on the island of Ugljan is linked with the island of Pasman by bridge Zdrelac. In Tkon is a supermarket, post office, restaurant, patisserie, and you can buy there everything before arriving to the house.
House Magunja is suitable for those who looking for peace and quiet holiday, love bikes and own pets. Around the house there are no other guests.
