House by the sea with pool Zizou for 4-6 people is located on the eastern side of the island of Zizanj. The island of Zizanj is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kornati National Park, south of the island of Pasman. The size of the island is approx. 1 km x 1 km, and thanks to the rich underwater life, a vacation on Zizanj is ideal for everyone who likes to explore the underwater world. The nearest ferry port is Tkon on the island of Pasman. Transfer to the house and back is done by the owners with their own boat from Biograd na moru, and parking for your car is free in Biograd.
This newly built and modernly decorated Robinson vacation house is suitable for accommodating up to 6 people. Located right next to the sea on a hill from which offeres a wonderful view of the surrounding islets and the Kornati archipelago. In front of the house by the sea are several paved terraces where there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a hammock, a dining table with a large barbecue. In front of the vacation house there is also a large pier that is used for mooring boats.
The water in the house is rainwater that is collected in a tank during the year, so it should be used sparingly. Hot water is connected in the coupon room and in the kitchen. We recommend bringing bottled water to drink.
Electricity is obtained using solar panels - 230 V, 10 kw.
Pets are not allowed.
WiFi and mobile signal are available in the house, and bed linen and towels are also available for guests.
You need to bring food and drinks with you because there is no store on the island of Zizanj. On the northern part of the islet is a tavern where you can try specialties of Dalmatian cuisine, primarily traditionally prepared fresh fish and seafood.
House Zizou is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation in peace and seclusion and still enjoy all the advantages of modern and beautiful accommodation.

Holiday house with a pool for 4-6 people consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (we recommend 2 children or 1 adult) with a dining room, TV, and equipped kitchen - stove, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine. The indoor fireplace is located in the dining room, it is possible to stay in spring or autumn. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, dining set, wood/coal grill. Sunbeds for sunbathing by the sea are available to guests, as well as a boat mooring at no extra charge.
