Villa Magnificum Zizanj for 6-14 persons is undoubtedly the one of the most luxury accommodation capacity in northern Dalmatia and its equipment will satisfy even the most demanding clients, who besides comfort also appreciate the privacy and tranquility.
Imagine yourself sitting in an oasis of calm, looking at the sunset over the Kornati Archipel. This could be reality if you rent Villa Magnificum for your hollidays.
The villa Magnificum is build on a 47 500 m² private olive orchard, on an island. It has 580 m private beach and a 5x10 m infinity swimming pool (sea water, constantly cleaned by filters). It is surrounded by 300 m² terraces, all with seaview. On one of the terraces is a huge BBQ.
For colder weather there is floor heating.
For water, there are two sources (the rain water and the desalination of seawater). The reservoir is underground and save 200,000 liters of water. The water is filtered and is drinkable throughout the facility. In dry periods watermaker produces 7,000 liters of water per day. Hot water wins from the solar collector and stored in 800 liters of large boiler. Electricity in the house is 230 V. The system is 5.7 kW solar, photovoltaic cells charge special batteries from which the 48 V transforms the 230 V system. To reserve in case of power failure is the diesel engine with a power of 33 kWh.
Transfer to the house is free from Biograd na Moru +/- 15 minutes by boat. We have a secured parking in Biograd na moru for the car or trailer, price in the price list.
We can offer a boat + skipper to rent for one day or fishing trips. Using of the berth on Zizanj is for free, we have on both sides of the one berth, for different winds. Pets are here not welcome. The singal of mobile phone is reachable. As Zizanj is an uninhabitant island, it is not possible to have WIFI, buth with a stick internet is provided (pls, buy in advance).
In the pruning and picking season, from the olives, from +/- 10/10-10/11 and from +/-10/03-10/04, it is possible to rent the 6+2 part of the villa. It is possible to attend the olive picking or pruning period, and enjoy a nice free meal in the orchard. During this period there is a lower price offer, in the property is owner present.
Zizanj is beautiful small island in the Adriatic Sea, between Pasman and the Kornati Archipel, and yet only 4.5 sea miles (8 km) from the mainland Biograd na Moru.

Accommodation units

The complete villa Magnificum can be rent for 10+4 persons - 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms with open plan kitchen, sofa beds for 2 extra persons.
Half of the villa can be rent for 6+2 persons: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 livingroom with open plan kitchen, in the living room is a sofa bed for 2 extra persons - (the villa will never be rent out to different groups or families, this to ensure the complete privacy).
In both kitchens there are: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and everything you need to cook. Flat screen TV - DVD home cinema, CD player, Channels are Croatian and Italian channels. All kitchen, bath and pool linnen are provided, toilet paper for the first days, salt, pepper and olive oil vinegar are provided.
When the guest rent in other periods only 6+2 the other house will never be rent out on other group, this to insure complete privacy.
