Holiday cottage Gajeta for 5-7 persons is placed in a beautiful bay of Soline on the island of Pasman covered with olive groves in the middle. Soline is situated between the bay of Dubine and the bay of St. Ante. You can go by car, but road is pebbly so we recommend a car with a better engine (distance between Tkon and Soline is 8 km). There are two ferry line – Biogard-Tkon and Zadar-Preko. Ferry line that departs from Zadar goes to the island of Ugljan in the place called Preko, then you go to Pasman by car (two islands are connected by the bridge). Ferry has to be paid extra.
Parking lot is assured for guests and is about 200 m away from the house. The path to the house is in the middle of an olive grove. Nearest neighbors are 100 m away what provides more privacy and quiet in contrast to the other houses on the island that are all side by side. In Soline Bay there are only five houses for rent, three houses for private use and one small seafood restaurant. In Dubine Bay there are two more seafood restaurants offering seafood specialties (2 km away from the coast).
Robinsonhouse Gajeta is elegant, modernly furnished holiday cottage and recommended for demanding clients. In the garden there is a barbecue available and a furnitured terrace with a beautiful sea view. There is tree swing for kids, and everyone would be amazed by a sandbox made out of stones formed into a boat. For those who like some sports there is a table tennis table. In front of the house is a long mole that you can tie your boat for (max. depth 1,5 m, length 10 m). If you have a boat license you can rent a boat, fuel is not included in the price. Beautiful pebbly beach in front of the house with the gradual sea entrance is suitable for small kids and non-swimmers and crystal clear sea will surprise you even more.
Pets are welcomed. The water in the house is from rainwater harvesting, so it’s not recommended for drinking. If you want to boil it or bring bottled water. The water is heated using solar system and if there are no sunny days water is heated by the stove. You have to take care of food earlier or go to Tkon to the grocery store. Energy produced by solar system is 12 V (using adapter 220 V).

Holiday cottage Gajeta for 5-7 persons – living room, kitchen and dining room are all together. In the kitchen there is wood oven (in winter is used as heater). Refrigerator works on gas. In the first bedroom there are double bed and single bed available. In the bathroom there are shower and toilet. On the second floor there is a gallery where is the convertible couch for one person. In the second bedroom there is a double bed available. The bedroom has a balcony with the beautiful sea view.
