House Brik for 4-6 people is situated on the south side of the island of Pasman in the bay Soline directly on the sea in a quiet place. This is a Robinson Crusoe-style mobile home with a wooden terrace and a sea view. It is set on 250 m² land at the beginning of the bay Soline behind the firts turn of the road. About 400 meters from the house are 2 fishing restaurants.
Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Zdrelac and the bridge is free of charge. House is acessible by car, approx 3 km asphalt road, approx 4 km it is an unpaved gravel road with potholes. For this reason, we do not recommend these roads to car owners with a low chassis, but there is no need to have an SUV. These roads are passable by a normal car if you drive slowly and carefully and watch out for the journey.
Parking is provided directly at the house. Parking is also possible on the owner garden in the town of Pasman for guests who do not have a suitable car for unpaved roads - transfer is for free.
Small pets (up to 8 kg) are welcome for an additional cost. In the courtyard guests have a barbecue.
About 30 meters from house there is a long pier where guests can berth their boat free of charge. Guests can borrow a plastic rowing boat from the owner free of charge, which does not require a permit. A motor boat can be rented from one of the rent-a-boat agencies (it is necessary to have a license, the guests pay for the fuel themselves).
House Brik is situated in a lonely place at the end of the bay of Soline, the nearest neighbors are about 120 m south and 130 m north of the bay of St. Ante.
The nearest shop is located in the town of Tkon.
Electricity is provided by solar energy (220 V) - for a limited number of appliances.
The water tank is filled with rainwater and the guests ca not waste the water. For drinking we recommend you to bring bottled water. Hot water is obtained by solar energy, in the case of cloudy weather the water needs to be heated on the stove. There is a large fridge that has a separate freezer. The gas cooker has 2 plates.
The Kornati National Park is close to the Brik Robinson.
