The newly built modern holiday apartment house Maria is located in a quiet side street on a gentle slope without much traffic and offers a peaceful holiday in a comfortable environment that will satisfy even the demanding clients. Distance from the center of the town of Sv. Filip i Jakov is approx. 550 m. In the center you will find several smaller shops, a market, a number of restaurants, cafes and pastry shops. A large convenience store is located on the mainway. In the center you will also find a doctor, a pharmacy and several cash dispensers (ATMs). Apartments Maria are located near the popular sandy beach "Iza banja" with a gradual entrance to the sea, suitable for small children and non-swimmers. On the beach there are several cafes with refreshments, a bakery, but also a large children's playground, a volleyball court, various trampolines, pedal boats, boats and other sports equipment for rent. Between the town of SV. Filip i Jakov and the town of Biograd na moru, which is located about 3 km south, you will find a number of small beaches that can offer you more privacy. Lovers of running, nord-walking, cycling or in-line riding like to use this session, as there is a smaller road by the sea between the towns.
