Veronika apartments for 4-8 persons are located in a fantastic location in the first row by the sea on the southern edge of a small village called Sveti Petar na Moru in northern Dalmatia. The house is located right next to the beach and its court is covered by the crown of mature shrubs and trees that provide summer shade. The entire property is fenced. In the neighbourhood there are other holiday cottages, but overall the region can be described as very quiet. Thanks to the high walls and greenery of the garden the guests have privacy. The house lies below the Adriatic highway, but due to the greater distance and large trees here the noise is hardly heard. Directly in front of the house is a long concrete pier that serves as a mooring for boats and is suitable for sunbathing. Not far from the house are also pebble beaches with gradual entry into the sea, which are also suitable for small children.
If you have a boat, you can tie it for free to a buoy, which belongs to the apartments.
One big advantage of holiday apartments is electricity from the grid (the possibility of the use of appliances without limitation) and drinking tap water.
The holiday house Veronika has two apartments for four people, each with its own entrance, a private terrace and a private entrance to the sea (if the house is inhabited in the same time by clients who do not know each other, everyone has privacy, just the terrace with loungers for sunbathing and outdoor shower and grill in the garden are common).
Stay in Veronika apartments is recommended especially larger families or groups of friends who can spend time together on the large terrace, but crave privacy.
Ground floor apartment has a covered terrace with outdoor seating and in front of it towards the sea one more uncovered terrace largely covered by the trees. Apartment on the first floor has a large uncovered terrace with a large parasol in the garden and in front of it towards the sea yet another seating area with table and chairs, partly covered by the trees in the garden, and even seating on the balcony.
At the house is one large terrace with a railing, which is used for sunbathing. Guests are provided with free wooden sun loungers for sunbathing. In the garden is an outdoor shower.
Pets are not allowed.
Parking space is located behind the house on a fenced yard, where you can comfortably fit two cars.
In the garden there is a large stone grill free for guests of both apartments.
Bed linen and towels are ready to use. WiFi internet access for guests is free of charge.
Sveti Petar na Moru is a small village that lies between Zadar and Biograd na Moru. There are several restaurants, in the main season a stand with food and fruits and vegetables. Larger shops and lively environment can be found in the nearby resorts of Sv. Filip and Jakov and Biograd na Moru.
Veronika apartments are ideal for those who seek peace and privacy or looking for accommodation on the mainland since planning trips during their stay. In the spacious living room (right of the entrance) with TV, dining table and a window to the terrace is a double bed for two persons, ceiling fan. Small bedroom with two twin beds and cabinets (opposite the entrance). Small equipped kitchen is opposite the living room (to the left of the entrance) and there is a gas stove and refrigerator with a less freezer, kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has two terraces - one covered and in front of it seaward one uncovered terrace, both with outdoor seating. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, satellite TV, Internet access, and air conditioning.
4 person apartment on the first floor - outdoor stairs lead to the balcony with a small seating area, where there is the entrance to the living room with a television and a dining table and two twin beds for two persons and a ceiling fan, a small equipped kitchenette is part of the living room. There is an electric stove and refrigerator with a less freezer. The apartment has a small bedroom with two twin beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has two terraces in the garden - one with a large umbrella and in front of it towards the sea one terrace without a parasol. Both with outdoor seating.
