Intelekta holiday home for 4-10 people is in a fantastic location in the first row by the sea on the south edge of a small village called Sveti Petar na Moru in north Dalmatia. The house is located right by the beach and is covered with the crown of mature shrubs and trees that provide summer shade and privacy. The entire property is fenced. In the vicinity are other houses, but overall, the region can be described as very quiet. Through the walls and green garden the house is almost entirely invisible and guests have privacy. The house is situated below the road, but because it is built on a slope and overgrown with large trees, the noise is hardly heard. The entire landscape around the house is accessible by stairs and therefore not suitable for people who have trouble walking. Directly in front of the house is a concrete pier that serves as a mooring for boats and is suitable for sunbathing and include a pebble beach with gradual entry into the sea, which is also suitable for small children. Directly along the sea leads the pedestrian promenade to Sv. Petar and to Turanj, which you can use for evening walks.
If you have a boat, you can pay to use the berth which belongs to the apartments.
One big advantage of holiday apartments Intelekta is electricity from the grid (the possibility of the use of appliances without limitation) and drinking tap water. The garden features free barbecue for guests of both apartments. Bed linen and towels are ready to use. WiFi internet access for guests is free and both apartments have air conditioning. The apartments are well maintained and renovated with modern equipment and furniture.
The holiday cottage Intelekta has two apartments for 4-5 people, each with its own entrance and a private patio or balcony. Stay in Intelekta is especially recommended for families or a larger group of friends who can spend time together on the terrace, but crave privacy.
The apartment on the ground floor has a large covered terrace with outdoor seating and a view of the sea. The apartment on the first floor has a balcony and uncovered terrace in the garden in the shade of trees. Each apartment has its own entrance from the other side of the house. Guests are provided with free sun beds for sunbathing. On the beach at the entrance to the site of the house is an outdoor shower.
Stay of small pets is allowed for a fee.
Parking space is located above the cottage on a fenced yard, where you can comfortably fit two cars.
Sveti Petar na Moru is a small village that lies between Zadar and Biograd na Moru. There are several restaurants, in the main season a stand with food, fruits, and vegetables. Larger shops and lively environment can be found in the nearby resorts of Sv. Filip and Jakov and Biograd na Moru.

The stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds), a beautiful sea view, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a covered terrace with outdoor seating. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, satellite TV, internet and air conditioning.
Studio for 2 people ground floor - room with double bed, kitchenette and dining room, bathroom with shower. Common terrace with apartment A4 + 1 on the ground floor. Can only be rented together with the apartment on the ground floor - cannot be rented as a separate unit
