Leon secluded house for up to 6 people is located in the bay of Čerenje on the south side of the island of Pasman in central Dalmatia. Directly from the house you can overlook the beautiful Kornati islands.
You get to the house from the village of Dobropoljana, on a gravel road, the last stage of the journey is made of macadam. You go along this road for about 3 km.
The house is also available for families with children. It has two bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed. The living room opens onto the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace with wooden furniture for sitting and dining is sheltered. On the terrace you can enjoy fresh fish or meat prepared on the grill in the backyard. You can use a fishing rod for free. Parking is at the house. WIFI internet connection is available (free of charge).
There is a possibility to rent a boat on request and use two bikes for free.
Pets are allowed for a fee on request.
Water in the house is rainwater, we recommend imported bottled drinking water. Water is recommended to buy before arrival because the closest store is far away. In bathroom and kitchen is hot water too. It is necessary to use water sparingly (do not let the water run unnecessarily). Outside is another shower heated by sun.
Electricity is produced by solar panels (you need to pay attention to energy consumption), the socket has a voltage of 220 V. Sockets are standard, you can use only lightweight equipment such as computer, mobile phone, camera, video camera (you can not use devices such as iron, mixer, hairdryer, kettle etc. which have great power) There is a gas stove and electric fridge-freezer in the kitchen. The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry Biograd - Tkon (the ride takes about 15 min.) or Zadar - Preko (the ride takes 30 min.). Ždrelac bridge links Preko on the island of Ugljan to the island of Pašman. In Tkon is a supermarket, post office, restaurant, patisserie, and you can buy everything before arriving in the house. Tkon is located 14 km from the house. Petrol station is located at a distance of about 22 km.
The house is surrounded by over 3000 m² large garden, in which old trees and natural herbs grow. Clear blue sea is perfect for swimming in the morning or at sunset. On the beach is a pier, gravel, the entry into the sea is gradual. In front of the house is a berth (5 meters).
Leon house is suitable for those who want to keep on their holiday peace and tranquility, and feel secluded.
