Apartments Pakostanka is a newly built building situated on a great position near the beach and downtown. House Pakoštanka with 7 accommodation units is a great choice for a group of friends with small children because of the pebble beach with gradual entry into the sea. On the beach you can hire deck chairs, pedal boats and other water use props. Next to the house is a shop and a bank, the town center is about 250 m.
Parking is available for free in the yard. WiFi is available also for free. In the yard is a barbecue. Smaller pets are welcomed on request and for additional fee. Air conditioning for additional fee.
Apartments Pakostanka are new, modern and clean apartments with very nice homemades and mainly located near to the beach. Pakostane is a popular cyclists resort and divers and even fans of the other water sports. Apartments Pakostanka is three floors building. Ground floor: 2 apartments for 2-4 people - bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa for 1-2 persons, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower, terrace, TV, both apartments have air-condition for an extra fee (payment on the spot, only in case if using). Studio for 2-3 people - one room with double bed, extra bed is decomposable sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, air-condition for an extra fee (payment on the spot, only in case if using), terrace. 1st floor: the same composition as the accommodation units on the ground floor, but there is not terrace. There are bolconies with the sea view. 2 floor: apartment for 5-7 persons - two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sofa for 2 persons and single bed, living room with equipped kitchenette and sofa for 2 persons, balcony with a sea view, bathroom with shower and WC, TV, air-condition for an extra fee (payment on the spot, only in case if using). Sofa beds in the apartments we recommend sleeping for 1 adult or two small children.
All accommodation units have the possibility of air conditioning for an additional fee (payable locally, only in case of use).
