Secluded house Jasmin for 4-6 persons is located on the southern coast of the island of Pašman in the bay called Kruševica, which is easily achievable by boat from the Vitane Bay, where you can leave your car in parking or by car on bumpy road (you have to ride slow because of bumps and holes) and leave car in parking directly over the Kruševica bay. Then you have to continue walking down the path (15 min.). During your arrival and departure is transfer by boat from the Vitane bay provided for free, it is more comfortable and safe way how arrive into the bay. Secluded house Jasmin is surrounded by olive trees and other greenery, and this is the reason why it is offered you peace and privacy.
A head of the house is a long pier where you can anchor your boat. Next to the pier you can comfortably swim, there is a gradual entry into the sea suitable for small children too. The sea in the bay is crystal clear and rich for local fauna. In the sandy bottom you can see a lot of fishs, on the pebbles you can observe the starfish and on wall of the pier see urchins which live where is really pure water. The beach is pebbly and concrete, before the house are made steps to the sea for bigger comfort. There are beach chairs and an sun-umbrella for free.
There you can rent a boat - length of approximately 4.2 m, 6 ks engine, fuel is not included in price.
The nearest neighbours are located about 20 m from the house to the north. The Tkon town on the island of Pašman is about 5 km away (about 50 minutes), you can walk on trail through look-out tower Straža. From the look-out tower is beautiful view of Kornati archipelago and other nearby islands and on the land you can see Velebit mountains. In the city Tkon are restaurants, supermarkets, stores, bakery, post office and port for the ferry. The island of Pašman is easily reached by a ferry Biograd - Tkon (about 15-20 minutes), the ferry sails several times a day. The island of Pašman can also be reached by ferry line Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive way, but the ferry sails also in late hours into the night. The island of Pašman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Ždrelac and ride over the bridge is free.
In the house Jasmin is available only rainwater, which is collected in the tanks over the winter, so you can not waste the water unnecessary. For drinking is good to boil water or bring water in bottles. The water is heated by the sun. A head of the house is an outdoor shower (20 l), which you can supplement as you need. Electrical energy is produced by solar panels with a voltage of 220 V. The power sockets are standard and there can be used only for lighting, mobile phone, computer or television. Stronger appliances can not be used (hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, mixer, etc.).
Pets are not allowed. In the garden is grill.
The bay Kruševica is covered with mobile operators.

Jasmin for 4-6 persons, house with spacious apartments on the same floor. The stairs leads to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is connected with the living room with equipped kitchen, gas stove and oven, electricity fridge and freezer, TV, a dining area, decomposable sofa suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. In the living room is open wood-burning stove, so possible is to stay there in winter too. Robinsonáda has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe, in the second bedroom is a bunk and a single bed and a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor shower is available too.
