Accommodation Lighthouse Marlera
Lighthouse Marlera for 6-8 persons is located in a secluded area on the southeastern tip of the peninsula of Istria - 4 km from the village Liznjan and 10 km from the town of Pula. Land of lighthouse has an area of about 1,000 square meters and grows on it various herbs such as lavender and rosemary.
Four kilometers around the lighthouse is just sea and untouched nature. The lighthouse was built in 1882 and renovated in 2012. Lighthouse Marlera is located on a rock in a distance about 25 m from the sea.
Near the lighthouse there are accessible beaches (sandy and rocky, but with a nice entry into the water). Not far away is a hidden bay with a rock into the sea, but at the bottom is sand and it creates a natural swimming pool. From the lighthouse is a beautiful view of the surrounding islands and the islands of Cres and Losinj or Velebit.
Village Liznjan is a small fishing village near Medulin. It is popular for surfers and divers of its beautiful underwater world. Near the lighthouse is an attractive island Levan, which has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Istria. On request it is possible to provide free swimming on the island Levan (transshipment). On the island Levan is located dreams & SAND & beach bar & restaurant, where you can taste many refreshing drinks and cocktails, daily fresh seafood and Mediterranean cuisine.
Access to the lighthouse Marlera is possible by car, parking is available near the building. The lighthouse consists of a separate tower with light and lower building. It is possible to climb the stairs to the dome.
The lighthouse was automated and is included in the remote control system, allowing the crew was withdrawn.
Electricity at the lighthouse Marler is generated by solar panels, because the building has no electricity from the grid. The voltage is 220 V and sockets are European standard. In the event that exhausts solar electricity, it is automatically switched houses units with a voltage of 220 V.
The lighthouse is filled with water from its own tank. Includes a rainwater tank that is suitable for showering and washing dishes. Potable water is needed to bring bottled. Water is scarce, and therefore is necessary save the water. For guests there is also an outdoor kitchen with grill and garden furniture on the terrace with sea view.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Lighthouse Marlera has heating (pellet stoves) and is ideal for guests who prefer a winter idyll. Stay in a lighthouse is romantic in this season, you can enjoy the heat of the fire in a large fireplace, (pellet stove + fireplace).
Berthing is available in the marina or harbor in the village and is chargeable. It is secure and not far from the lighthouse.
After agreement with the owner you can provide other services - renting boats, bicycles, cars, Limusine, trips and diving in the nearby wreck. It is also possible to ensure chef services.
Price includes bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning. Arrival time (check-in) is after 2.00 pm and departure (check-out) no later than 10.30 am.

Lighthouse Marlera for 6-8 persons (150 m²) - the apartments are located on two floors in a total of 5 rooms, of which there are three bedrooms (all with double beds - area 13 m² / 30 m² / 12 m²), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC (size 9 m²), hair dryer. Spacious living room, dining room with 2 sofas, a fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker. Wi-Fi internet access, cable / satellite TV, alarm. Guests can use the iron and ironing board. Outdoor summer kitchen with a grill at the lighthouse and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.
The house is ready bed linen, towels and change is every 7 days. There are also a cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dishwashing and garbage bags.
Remark
Mandatory deposit at the time of arrival of 300 € which is returned if the house is left as found.
