The house for 8 persons was build in 1873 on the peninsula Istria near Koromačno, Labin. It is just 5m from the sea so there is really breathtaking view, private beach and nature all around. It is an amazing and well hidden house on a separate place from civilization so you can enjoy there relax and peace. This is ideally place to get away from all troubles and enjoy the sea and nature around you.Lighthouse Crna Punta is a near from Koromacno on the peninsula of Istria, the center of Koromačno is about 5 km away. Approximately 2 km away, it's a smaller town Skitača, with a supermarket, post office and restaurants.
The lighthouse has a huge terrace directly above the sea, where is a big table, the barbecue and sunbeds. Parking is on the land for free. The road is dirty, but the guests can drive normally by car. There is WIFI signal and cable TV. Pets are also welcome and there is no additional fee for them.
The place is suitable for families with children or group of friends. In the house is fireplace, so you can stay there in winter, if you better relax in winter. The lighthouse is suitble for all seasons and also for some social events like weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties.
There is nothing around you, only nature and the crystal blue-green sea with a forest behind you. You can walking, fishing, jogging and so on. You can also pick some fruits or mushrooms in the forest and there is also a plenty of herbs for your everyday meal.
Also, near the lighthouse is a well hidden pearl: a walking path called "tears of St. Lucia" with amazing view over the whole Istria. There is also one natural phenomenon: in the middle of the rocks in one stone there is a small water source.
