Villa Leon Mimice is a larger, well-maintained family house with apartments with a beautiful view of the sea and a convenient location above the beaches of Mimice. The house is located in a fantastic position on a slope below the highway in a quieter location. The center of the village and the beach can be reached by stairs (approx. 130 steps) that lead directly to the sea or by a steeper path that leads to the center of Mimic. Two beautiful pebble beaches with a gradual entrance to the sea are located in the immediate vicinity - a small pebble beach is located directly under the stairs from the apartment, the other beaches are approx. 250 m away. Apartments Leon are equipped with air conditioning (extra charge), terrace with barbecue, free parking is above the house, Wi-Fi. Pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed upon request and for an additional charge. In the vicinity of Villa Leon, there are a number of options for individual meals in nearby restaurants. The post office, shop, bakery and pizzeria are located 300 m from Villa Leon. Directly next to the shop there is a bus stop from where there is a line to Omiš (approx. 14 km) or the Makarska Riviera (approx. 20 km). Activities in the surrounding area include hiking, diving and cycling. We also recommend boat trips to the island of Brač or Hvar. Due to the access to the villa and the beach by stairs, we do not recommend staying for people with mobility difficulties. A very kind and helpful owner will make your stay pleasant, and thanks to the western orientation, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the balcony or terrace.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer. We recommend it for large families or friends who want to spend their holidays together.
