Swimming and beach Kukljica - island Ugljan

Kukljica and its surroundings offer many opportunities for swimming. The beaches of the Zaglav peninsula in the tourist area of Kukljice - Zelená Punta are the most visited. The rocky shore is in some places concreted and in some places covered with pebbles. You can find more privacy in several small bays on the northern part of the peninsula, where the entrance to the sea is rocky. More remote, but the most popular, is the Vela Sabuša cove on the southwestern shore of the island. The shore of the bay is concreted, but in the water there is a pleasant sandy bottom throughout the bay, so you do not need shoes in the water, the sandy bottom descends very slowly and is therefore suitable even for very small children. Mala Sabuša is also worth mentioning.
