Drage is a quiet dalmatian village, which will fascinate you at first glance to with its natural beauty and hospitality of domestic population. In the past few years Drage become increasingly popular among tourists. There are situated only 6 km south of Biograd, and 2 km from Pakostane directly on the sea. Very indented coastline with numerous bays covered with pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation and many sandy beaches, offers guests a quiet vacation on the beach far away from mass tourism. Local restaurants have a rich menu of fish specialties and local cuisine.
In the nearby village of Pakostane you will find important offices - post office, banks, exchange offices and larger shops. Vrana Lake is a nature reserve and it is just 1 km away from the village and is a paradise for anglers. Bike trails around the lake with its picnic places and a beautiful view of the lake and National Park Kornati is an ideal place to stay in the nature and relaxation. From the coast village of Drage widens the view on the island Vrgadaother than on Vragad you can choose other trips, such as the waterfalls of Krka, Sibenik, Zadar and Biograd.

Practical informationRecommendation: do not leave valuables in the cars, do not carry them to the beach, lock the accommodation units and close the windows before you leave, follow the traffic rules, especially in smaller towns and drive cautiously when it rains.
Swimming and beach DrageThe nature formed at this place the perfect beaches that strong currents keep clean and refreshing. Although the village of Drage is very close to some bigger towns, like Zadar and Sibenik, they can compare with distance places on the islands, having peace and quite, and yet all the advantages of the modern way of living.
Swimming area is protected, so one cannot get in danger of being injured from sky-boards or fast motor boats. Current and afternoon breeze keep the beach clean and make it perfect for sailing boards.
Sports offerThe majority of sports and recreational activities are organized as part of the rich program for guests.
For those who love bicycling and nature, there are unique bicycle paths which circle through the Vransko Lake Nature Park. One of the paths connects Pakostane to the nearby town of Biograd.
