Villa Kennedy is a modern apartment villa with a fantastic location above the beautiful beach of Kutleša and undoubtedly one of the accommodations with the most beautiful view. Villa Kennedy is located in a quiet location below the highway on a hill above the beach, which is reached from the terrace of the villa by a staircase (about 110 steps) and a path about 100 m long that descends to the sea in the shade of pine trees. The trail is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking stairs for health reasons, but it is not demanding for families with children. Modernly decorated accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning (air conditioning works on a chip card, it is available for free 3 hours a day, i.e. 21 hours a week. If you are interested in more hours, you can pay extra), a bathroom with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. Guests have access to a common room with TV, barbecue, free parking, Wi-Fi. Kutleša beach with small pebbles and a gradual entrance to the sea is located right below the house.
The post office, shop, bakery and pizzeria are located in Mimice, 450 m from the house. Directly next to the shop there is a bus stop from where there is a line to Omiš (approx. 12 km) or the Makarska Riviera (approx. 20 km).

There is a connecting door on the large terrace, which can be used to connect the terrace with the neighboring apartment A2+2 if clients rent both apartments and thus the entire floor of the house.
