Holiday house Smokvica is situated on a quiet place in the first row to the beach in the town of Tkon on the island of Pasman. Tkon is especially popular for its beautiful sandy and pebble beaches.
Smokvica is maintained older house, ideal for a large family or group of friends. Guests staying there alone (without housekeepers). House has a large garden, between the house and the beach is no road and from the garden is entry by stairs to the sandy beach so it is ideal house for families with small children.
You can use an outdoor shower and a beach-house at the sea, where you can store your water beds and other things for the beach. In front of the house is a large parking space for six cars.
The house Smokvica has two spacious apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartments are airy and efficiently, both apartments have terraces and balconies with outdoor seating and a view of the sea. Thanks to the spacious garden and the absence of owners the house will offer you privacy and tranquility.
In the garden is available barbecue for free and outdoor seating - common for guests of all apartments.
WiFi Internet connection is available free of charge. Small pets are allowed on request for an extra cost.
While staying in the spring or autumn months, the apartment can be heated by fireplace (wood is available).
The center of Tkon is easily reached on foot in 10 minutes - in the centre are restaurants, cafes, small marketplace, sweet shops and grocery stores. Bigger evening entertainment is in the nearby city Biograd na Moru (for way back sail an evening boat link). Tkon is a charming fishing village placed on a gentle slope with beaches along the entire coast which offers a variety of trips to many interesting places. Holiday house Smokvice is a great tip for those who appreciate tranquility, a relaxing atmosphere and reasonable price.
