There are no roads between the house and the beach and to the beach is the path for people. House is just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, which is continued as promenade along the sea directly to the center of St. Filip and Jakov (about 550 metres). In the center of St. Filip and Jakov you will find a post office (possibility of currency exchange), several shops, restaurants, cafes, sweet-shops, pharmacy and a doctor. On the beach is a large playground with many attractions for children and a beach volleyball place. Žušipa apartments are offered a higher level of comfort - spacious apartments equipped with air conditioning, SAT / TV, WiFi and spacious balconies.
