Excursion Bacinska lakes

Bacinska Lake are located 10 km southeast of Gradac. This is a set of seven freshwater lakes, six of which are interconnected. Depth of lakes is varies. The deepest lake has a depth of 34 m and the bottom of the local lakes lies below sea level. Some lakes are freshwater only, some are mixed salt and fresh water. Also, the temperature of lakes is different. In lakes, where are the springs there is the coldest water. It is interesting that from these sources is the town of Ploce and area supplied with drinking water. After the lakes is possible to ride on the boat, called ladže of Neretva, which is typical only for this area, and enjoy the surrounding nature, or just go here to bathe. There is almost calm, and access to water is also suitable for children. The water is so pure, that it is visible to the bottom.
