Villa Pasmanica is a beautifully decorated holiday home for 6-7 people. Located on the island of Pasman in Pasman on a plot about 150 m from the sandy beach Lucina. The house is located in a quiet part of town, only 5 minutes walk from the center where there are shops, restaurants, pastry shops and cafes. Beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with lawn, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, provides guests with privacy and peace. The house is air conditioned, has internet, washing machine and disheswasher and everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guests will most enjoy staying on the spacious covered terrace with seating area and a brick fireplace, which will surely spend their unforgettable summer evenings in pleasant company. Pets are also allowed at an additional cost according to the price list.
The island of Pasman is easily accessible by ferry from Biograd - Tkon, sailing takes 15-20 minutes, the ferry sails several times a day. You can also reach Pašman by ferry Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko (island of Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs until late at night. The island of Pašman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in Ždrelac, no toll is paid. For guests arriving by plane, it is possible to arrange a transfer from the airport to the ferry port in Biograd.

Villa Pašmanica for 6-7 persons - on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and equipped kitchen and bathroom, the exit leads to a spacious terrace with furniture and fireplace. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet with a sink. There is a possibility to use another extra bed and a cot is available for guests with small children. The house is air conditioned, has WIFi, SAT / TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
