Villa Pasman is located in the same name town on the island of Pasman toeard the mainland. Villa Pasman is a new building with 4 well-equipped apartments, each with its own entrance. The house is located on the south side of town in a quiet place just a few meters from the sea (about 150 m from the sandy-pebble beach). Villa Pasman is situated on a large land, which is surrounded by greenery and vineyards. There is a large outdoor swimming pool (50 m2) with fresh water which is offered in hot summer days refreshment. Around the pool are deckcahirs (limited number).In the yard is a barbecue for guests. This area has beautiful sandy beaches which are along the whole town. In the local restaurant are served tasty meat and fish dishes. Distance from the center of the town Pasman, shop and restaurant is about 550 m. A bigger town with a supermarket - Tkon is 5 km away, there is also a post office and a ferry harbor. The ferry line Biograd - Tkon is connection to the mainland, the ride takes about 15 minutes.
In the yard of the house is roofed parking for free (1 apt. = 1 car). Small pets are allowed. For shipowners there is a possibility of a berth for an extra fee. On the land is green space where children can play. On request you can use the washing machine.
Villa Pasman is without a presence of the owners, so it is suitable place for all who seek quiet and nice environment. This accomodation is suitable for demanding clients.
