Villa Maxima Veliko Brdo is a completely new accommodation facility located in the town of Makarska in the area called Veliko Brdo. This villa offers a high standard of accommodation service and will satisfy all demanding guests seeking luxury - a private heated swimming pool and a garden overlooking the sea. The villa is located near the beaches and the Makarska promenade at a distance of approx. 1.5 km. Villa Maxima is in an area where guests can enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling and tennis. Free private parking is available within the facility. Villa Maxima offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi (free Wi-Fi in common areas), air conditioning, outdoor pool and free private parking. Guests can enjoy the sun terrace with deckchairs, swim in the outdoor heated pool, relax in the garden and enjoy the outdoor kitchen, admiring the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brač and the mountain Biokovo. Guests stay in the villa alone (without the presence of the owner). The entire accommodation facility covers an area of approximately 450 m2, and the villa itself has an area of approximately 198 m2.

Villa Maxima Makarska for 8 people is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with a large sofa and flat screen TV with IPTV channels, DVD player, radio, satellite programs and a modern dining room (high chair available for children) and a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer) and one of the 3 bathrooms. On the 1st floor, which is reached by stairs from the living room, there are 4 bedrooms - each with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes (sheets and towels available) and 2 bathrooms. If necessary, a cot is available for a child aged 2-3 years. The house has 3 bathrooms - shower/tub and toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, iron. One of the bedrooms on the 1st floor has a spacious balcony with a sea view. On the ground floor there are covered and open terraces that are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, and from which there is a beautiful view of the pool, the islands of Hvar, Brač and the mountain of Biokovo.

The sun terrace by the pool is equipped with deck chairs and seating furniture, and there is also an outdoor shower.
