Secluded house for 12-15 people is built in a quiet deserted bay called "Tri Zala" (three pebble beaches) and is located on the north side of the island of Korcula, 4 km west of the old town Korcula, between Zrnovska Banja and Racisce. The exceptional position of the house on the beach, very spacious backyard, trampoline for children and ideal capacity for larger groups is one of the advantages of this accomodation.
In the deserted bay Tri Zala is located about 15 houses. Most of them are located above the road, and down the beach are only two objects - our holiday house and the second house, which belongs to the family of the owner, both located on the edge of the bay. The owner lives about 150 meters from this holiday house. The nearest neighbor is a little camp for about 25 people, which has a separate beach. The nearest village Zrnovska Banja is 1.5 km away. The nearest shop Studenac is 1.5 km. The town Korcula is linked to bay Tri Zala with regular daily bus service. The island Korcula can be reached either by ferry lines from Split (line Split - Vela Luka) or ferry service from Orebic to Korcula (ferry service Orebic - Domince). Arrive directly to the house by car is possible without difficulty (the road is paved), parking is located next to the house.
The kitchen has a stove for electricity and gas and large refrigerator (150 l), including the freezer (50 l). In the house is available drinking water from the tap, there are no restrictions on consumption (water is a scarce resource, so handle with care). In cold weather there is hot water available. Electricity is 220 V, and there are no restrictions on the use of appliances, plugs are standard European. In the bay Tri Zala is the signal for your mobile phone. By the house is built mooring for boats, which guests can use for free, maximum length of the boat is 6 m. In the yard is a grill for guests available. In the house is free WiFi signal. The house is a newer building with walls 30 cm deep and in addition there are tall trees that offer shade.
Before the house there is a beautiful pebble beach with stone surfaces, suitable for small children. For each accommodation unit there are 2 sun loungers on the beach. At a distance of 100 m from the house there is a nudist beach (FKK).
Pets are allowed.
Stay on holiday house Tri Zala is ideal for parents with young children, people with mobility problems and those who prefer outdoor activities and sports (diving, windsurfing, swimming, jet ski).
With the owner of this capacity is possible to arrange free fishing. In the garden grow tomatoes, which you can pick for your needs.

Apartment for 4-5 persons east (80 m²) No. 2 -2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, living room with kitchenette, 2 terraces, direct access to the sea, the possibility of one extra bed, SAT/TV, outdoor shower.
Apartment for 4-5 persons west (80 m²) No. 3 - 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, living room with kitchenette, 2 terraces, direct access to the sea, the possibility of one extra bed, SAT/TV, outdoor shower.
Separate house - apartment for 2 persons (32 m²) - bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen, TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower.
Accommodation units can be ordered separately. Stay is possible to arrive except Saturday, but individual reservations must follow.
