The fishing House Solo for 5 persons is located in the romantic Koška bay on the island of Solta, 3 km from the town of Stomorska. The island of Solta is best reached by ferry on the route Split - ROGAC (Solta), the ride takes about 50 min. You continue 12-minute drive to the city Stomorska and then about 15 min. ship into the bay. The Koška Bay can also be reached by car, parking is secured in the place that is 250 m far from the house (closer can not park). If you arrive by plane to Split (Kastel Stafilić) we can arrange transfer with speed boat directly to the house - free of charge - depending on the number of persons.
Bay Koška is a very lonely place where there are only three occupied houses.
Pets are welcome, stay on request, for a fee.
Bay Beach is mostly concrete jetty and rocky beach. In this pier is free to anchor the boat. For the pilot license holder can also hire a boat (length 5 m, motor Yamaha 6 pcs.)
The water in the house is rainwater that is collected through the winter into the tank below the house. Guests are advised to drink this water always boiled or bring bottled water. Water is hier rar, save it and handle with it as a scarce resource. The water in the pipes is heated using energy from solar collectors.
Electrical energy is generated through solar collectors (you can not use the appliance type mixer, hair dryer, lux), the sockets are standard European 220 V. Mobile phones and computers can be used normally.
In the house is new big fridge - about 400 l.
The bay is covered by mobile networks.
In the yard there is a barbecue for guests. There is also an outdoor shower in the courtyard. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea.
Holiday cottage Solo lies hidden in a pine grove right on the sea in a charming little bay far from civilization. An ideal place to rest and regain energy. You can enjoy the crystal clear sea, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore, a light breeze in the shade of pine trees.

Holiday Cottage Solo for up to 5 persons consists of 2 bedrooms, one tree bedded with double bed and single bed and one with a double bed, with both fitted wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, medium-size refrigerator, dining table, living room with sofa (not spread), TV, bathroom with tub and toilet, terrace with sea view and outdoor furniture. For guests there is a parasol and sun loungers.
