Secluded house Picena is located on the island of Korcula about 3 km away from Vela luka near the beautiful pebble-sandy bay Picena. The house consists of two apartments for 4-5 people, so it is suitable for two families or a larger group of friends. Getaway house Picena is located in a secluded area about 180m from the sea and the bay of the same name with a beach and is surrounded by pine trees and olive trees. Hidden in the canopy, away from view, this house offers guests complete privacy and peace. In the bay Picena there is a restaurant with an excellent offer and on the beach you can rent kayaks and from the sea side to see the surrounding bays. Boat owners have a berth at their disposal and boat owners can arrange boat rentals from local renters.
The house can be reached by car and parking is next to the house. The electricity in the house is from the mains, so all household appliances can be used without restrictions, while the water is from a tank, so it needs to be used rationally. We recommend that you bring bottled drinking water and use the water from the tank for cooking and washing. In the yard there is a barbecue on wood / charcoal, outdoor shower, SUP, bicycles and several deck chairs on the beach. House and owners are pet friendly!

Secluded house Picena for 8-10 persons consists of two apartments for 4-5 people.
Apartment for 4-5 persons on the ground floor - has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker. The bathroom has a toilet with shower and washing machine. It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, and deck chairs and in the yard there is a barbecue on wood / charcoal, outdoor shower. Guests also have at their disposal SUP, bicycles and several sun loungers on the beach
