Secluded house Kraljev Gaj for 6-7 persons is located on a cape next to the romantic bay Koška on the island of Solta about 3 km from the town Stomorska. The house is directly at the sea. The island of Solta is the best reached by ferry Split - Rogac (Solta), the way takes about 50 minutes, then you can continue to town Stomorska and then about 15 min by boat to the bay or you can go by the car to the house (the last 500 meters is a dirt road which normally passed a car). Parking is about 10 meters above the house.
The nearest neighbors are in the bay Koška about 350 m as the crow flies and about 700 m walking distance throw the forest. The Bay Koška and it´s surrouding is a very lonely place, where are only 4 inhabited houses.
Pets are welcome in the house. In the house is air contidion.
The rocky beach is of the large stones, entry into the sea is abrupt. There is an opportunity to anchor a smaller boat. Use of the smaller boat possible on request. The water in the house is from the waterpipe supply and it is a drinking water, on the garden is an outdoor shower with solar heater. Electricity can be used without restrictions. Holiday house Kraljev Gaj is one of the few secluded houses, where is not the electricity obtained from solar panels, but from the electrical network. Guests can use WIFI.
Barbecue and outdoor furniture available. Three teracce with view of the sea. On one teracce is jacuzzi - so you will have an unforgettable experience from view of the sea from jacuzzi. There are two deckchairs and umbrella also for free of charge.

Here you can enjoy crystal clear sea in front of the cottage and the sound of waves breaking of the rocky coast. You will have privacy on the beach. In the first part is apartment A2+1 - a one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed in the living room, where is also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet, where is also available a washing machine, AC. The second part is apartment A4 - has two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with TV/SAT, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, AC.
