Secluded house Koska is located in a romantic bay Koska on the island of Solta situated 3km from Stomorska directly by the sea. The island of Solta is the best reached by ferry line Split - Rogac (Solta), the ride is about 50 minutes long. Continue 12 minutes by car into Stomorska and then about 15 minutes by boat into the bay. Bay Koska can also be reached by car, parking is 250 m far from the house (you can not park closer). If you travel by plane to Split (Kastel Stafilic), the house owner can arrange a boat transfer directly to the house, price depends on the number of persons.
Koska bay is a very lonely place, where are only four inhabited and three unhabited houses.  Pets are welcome, but they are on fee and on request.
Beach is largely a rocky beach and a concrete pier. At this pier you can anchor the boat for free of charge. You can also hire a boat (5 m length, 6 ks Yamaha motor), if you have a license.
Water in the house is rainwater which is collected into the tank through the winter. We recommend our guests to boil the water before they will drink it or bring water in bottles. Use the water with care, it is a rare source. The water in the pipes is heated by sun. In case of no sunshine, you can warm the water on the cooker.
Electrical energy is provided by solar panels (you can not use appliances like mixer, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner), the power-sockets has normally 220 V. Mobile phones and computers can be used.
The bay Koska is covered by mobile networks.
The grill is available for guests. There are three terraces with a beautiful view of the sea.
Holiday house Koska is hidden in a pine forest near the sea in a charming little bay far away from civilization. it is an ideal place for rest. Enjoy the crystal clear sea, the sound of waves breaking of the coast and a light breeze in the shadow of pine trees.
