Newly built villas Manuela, Maria and Anamarija for 6-23 persons are situated on the island Vir with beautiful natural sandy beach in a quiet cove. The beach has a gradual entry into the sea and is suitable for small children or non swimmers. Villas can comfortably accommodate 20 people and are suitable for larger families or groups of friends.
Modern decorated villas Manuela, Maria and Anamarija are situated on a large private estate which is reached by a private driveway (by your arrival and departure do not forget to close the access of the road), which provides guests complete privacy and peace. The courtyard has beautifully kept lawns, hedges and Mediterranean vegetation (trampling the grass is prohibited).
The yard has a parking place for cars. Guests can use a portable grill. Pets are not allowed. The owners also live on this property in a separate smaller house and take care for the environment and the possible needs of guests. The houses are equipped with internet WiFi and air-conditioning, which can also be used as heating in the case of renting a residence in the spring and autumn time. The houses have electricity from the city network, and the water is not from waterpipe but from the reservoir and is not recommended for drinking. Drinking water can be used from vending machines located in the kitchen of each house. Villas Manuela, Marija and Anamarija are situated in a quiet area called Lozica in the northwestern part of the island of Vir. Manuela Villa for 8-9 persons has a spacious covered terrace, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with toilets (one with shower and one with bathtub). The larger bathroom is also a washing machine. Spacious living room has living area and equipped kitchenette including oven, and a large table with chairs, SAT/TV, WiFi. The villa has 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and second in the hallway leading to bedrooms. The whole villa is modern and tastefully decorate.
Villa Maria for 6-7 people, ground floor house, located next to the Villa Manuela and has its own covered terrace, 3 bedrooms with double beds. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower (one bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms and the other is accessible from a common hallway). In one bathroom and washing machine. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower (one bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms and the other is accessible from a common hallway). In one bathroom and washing machine. Extra bed can be placed into one of the bedrooms and is suitable for children.
