Brand new luxury mobile homes Cukar and Sol are located in Biograd na moru in direction to Sv. Filip i Jakov, about 60 m from a beautiful natural sandy beach. They are located in a quiet location, about 2.5 km from the town center of Biograd and the same distance from the center of sv. Filip i Jakov, which can be reached by a leisurely walk along the sea. The luxury houses are surrounded by olive trees that provide a pleasant and a authenic Dalmatian atmosphere.
The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps from the house, the gradual entrance is great for small children and people who don't know how to swim.
Both offer a high standard of accommodation services - the cottages are air-conditioned, have WiFi and a terrace with sofas and deckchairs, and each has its own wood/charcoal grill.
Parking for cars is provided next to the houses on the same plot.
Electricity and water are from the communal network.
Pets are not allowed.
The nearest shops, post office, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are located in the center of Biograd na moru and of Sv. Filip and Jakov as well as other sports and entertainment facilities. The nearest store is located at the entrance to the orthopedic hospital in Biograd, approx. 650 m away. You can go on numerous excursions from the town and get to know the surroundings and some of the nearby National Parks - National Park Kornati, National Park Krka, National Park Paklencica. Only about 10 km from St. Filip i Jakov is home to the largest natural lake in Croatia, as well as the Vrana Lake Nature Park with its Ornithological Reserve and the famous Kamenjak viewpoint.

There is a large terrace in front with a table and chairs and armchairs, 2 deckchairs, wood/coal grill, air conditioning, WiFi, TV.
Luxury mobile home Sol - for 4-5 persons - consists of a spacious living area with a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a living room with a large sitting area that can serve as an extra bed for another person (only up to 12 years old), 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet - one has a washing machine. In front is a spacious terrace with a table and chairs and deckchairs, a wood/coal grill, the house has air conditioning, WiFi, TV.
