Holiday house Izana for 8-9 persons is located 50 meters from the sea on the island of Iz, which belongs to the northern dalmatian's archipelago in the bay called Brsanj, about 4 kilometers from the center of Iz. The house has two floors and is surrounded by greenery and trees. House Izana is located in a quiet and elevated place so it is offered a beautiful view of the sea.
The nearby village has about 200 residents and there is a store, post office, restaurant and bar. The nearest shop is about 400 m and Mali Iz is about 4 km.
The beach in front of the house is rocky. In the vicinity are also pebble beaches with gradual entry into the sea.
Guests can use an outdoor grill and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and sea view. Parking (for 3 cars) is in the yard of the house.
Pets are not allowed
The island of Iz can be reached by catamaran from Zadar (2x per day) and ferry service for clients with cars from Zadar (2x per day) from the port Gazenica in Zadar on the island of Iz (Brsanj).

Holiday house Izana for 8-9 persons - 100 m2, it is set on two floors. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a bed and a double bed (90 and 180 cm wide), nicely furnished living room with SAT / TV and a sofa as an extra bed for 1 person and equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower and WC, covered terrace 20 m2. On the first floor leads the outdoor stairs.
On the first floor is a living room which is furnished with a sofa as an extra bed for 1 person and SAT / TV, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, small freezer, oven and stove with four burners), bathroom with shower and WC, entry to the covered terrace with very nice sea view and outdoor furniture. In one bedroom is a French bed (160 cm wide), bathroom with shower and WC. In the second bedroom is double bed and single bed (90 cm wide). In one of the bathrooms is a washing machine.
