Holiday house Frapo for 4 persons is located on the southeast coast of the island of Pasman in the bay Landjin. The island of Pasman is most easily reached by ferry from Biograd. Then you continue about 5 km into the Bay Landjine. The ferry trip takes about 15-20 minutes and ferry several times a day. With a car you can go to the yard of the land. Part of the route is an asphalt road and the last part is unpaved road with potholes where you should drive carefully. Parking is free of charge in a roofed place in the countyard.
The bay Landjin is one of the deepest bays on the island of Pasman. In the bay Landjin are about 30 houses around the coast. The closest neighbors are from the other houses about 70 m far. The house is 140 m from the sea. On the beach is a pier where you can comfortably sunbathe and owners of boats can use it free for mooring, there is a depth about 40 cm.
The closest beach is stony, rocky with a gradual entry to the sea, the next beaches on sides are smaller beaches with pebbles and concreated pears. In the bay are 2 local restaurants, one of them is easily reached by walk for guests from the house Frapo. The nearest large town is dock town Tkon, where are restaurant, bakery, sweet-shop and small marketplace.
Water is in the tank on the property. The owners of the house import and supply the water, but we recommend our clients to drink water from the packed bottles or boil the water. The water in the bathroom is heated by gas boiler.
Electrical energy is gained by solar panels, which is converted to a voltage of 220 V. There are standard european power-sockets. Appliances with low voltage, such as mobile phone and PC can be used without restrictions (appliances with high voltage, such as mixer, hair dryer can not be used). In the cottage is a TV and AC.
Pets are allowed, the suplement in the pricelist. A large plot of land with a size of about 1000 m2 is completely fenced. Dogs have a paddock in the yard. Guests can use a grill. Bay Landjin is covered by a mobile signal.
In the fully equipped kitchen is a gas stove and an elektricity fridge including a small freezer. There are two deckchairs and an umbrella for free.

The holiday house Frapo for 2-4 people: suitably equipped cabin for a quiet family holiday. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and the living room with a decomposable sofa for up to 2 people. A fully equipped kitchenette with hot water, small fridge with freezer, gas stove, dining table, TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Covered terrace with outdoor furnitue and a sea view. The whole property is fenced, you must unlock the entrance gate, so you will have your own privacy there. Small boat for free.
