Holiday house Dolce for 6-8 persons is only about 100 meters from the sea and it is located in a quiet and beautiful village Sukošan near Zadar. The owner of the holiday house does not live there, so guests can enjoy "their own home". The house is suitable for more demanding guests who look for peace and privacy. House size is 110 m2.The city center of Sukošan is about 1 km away from the house. Distance from the town of Zadar is about 10 km. Sukošan is a small fishing village which can offered everything you need for holiday: shops, restaurants, cafes, rocky and sandy beaches.
Parking in the yard is for 3 cars.
Holiday house Dolce is suitable for groups up to 8 people or for one or two families and it all house can be rented for one group.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, LCD TV, and WIFI internet connection.
In the garden are outdoor shower and beach chairs, which are available for free.
Remember to take vegetables and fruit in the garden, when the fruit is ripe!
Sukošan is situated in a wide bay and is characteristic with a beautiful sandy beach. The village has traditional narrow streets and pleasant promenade. The town is a well-known with restaurants which has excellent fresh fish and fine meat. Sukosan is also famous for observance old habits especially day Sv. Kasijana (August 13), the patron of Sukosan. On a small island in the bay you can find the remains of a summer mansion Ansitzes (15th century), which was used by Zadar archbishop. On the Cape Bribirčina was discovered the remains of a medieval fortress, which was built by the princes of Bribir. About 3.5 km northeast direction of the town Sukošan is on the way medieval chapel, next to the old cemetery.
