Holiday cottage Babac is a newly built wooden house suitable for accommodation of up to 4 people. It is located in a secluded area, on a plot of about 10,000 m2 on the southern side of the island of Babc in the Pašman channel. The house is about 60m away from the sea, where there is a long concrete pear that is used for mooring boats or as a platform for sunbathing. Two deckchairs and an umbrella are available to guests.
The water in the house is from a tank and is used in the household for washing and is heated naturally in the sun. We recommend bringing bottled water to drink. An outdoor shower is also available to guests. Electricity is obtained through solar panels and is used for lighting and charging mobile devices and computers. The use of household appliances (kettle, toaster, hair dryer...) is not allowed.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and surcharge according to the price list.
Transfer to the cottage is made by boat from the island of Pašman. Guests have free parking secured in the yard of the house owner. Guests have the option of renting a boat with an egine for an additional charge according to the price list.
Babac is a small inhabited island in Zadar County and is the only inhabited islet in an archipelago of 16 islets between the island of Pašman and the mainland. The inhabited part of the island is on the northern side, which overlooks the place of Turanj on the coast. The southern side of the island is uninhabited, the only place on it is the Babac lighthouse where the lighthouse keeper lives. Among the attractions on the island is the church of St. Andrije from the 13th-15th centuries and the remains of the Fortica fortress from the 15th century, as well as the aforementioned lighthouse built in 1874. The island of Babac is not connected to the mainland by a regular boat line, so all residents use their own boats for transportation.

Cottage for 4 people has 25 m2 of interior space and consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. There is a TV in one room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In front of the house is a covered terrace of 15 m2 where there is an outdoor, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer) and a table with benches for dining. There is also a gas grill on the terrace. The cottage has WiFi.
