directly from the house. All apartments are oriented towards the sea and all balconies have a beautiful view of the sea. The villa is accessible
by car with the possibility of parking approx. 80 m from the house (free) or in the garage right next to the house (for a fee).
Villa Mateo and Andrea offers quality accommodation in modern apartments with every comfort - with air conditioning, WiFi, SAT/TV. Guests have access to a summer kitchen with a grill on the ground floor, a common sitting area under the pergola, outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars right next to the house and other spaces approx. 80m from the house. Pets are strictly prohibited.
Right in front of the house is a beautiful pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea, ideal for children as well.
A grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, exchange office and bakery are located approx. 250 m from the apartments. A rich nightlife, shopping, a large market, sports opportunities are available in the center of Omiš, where you can comfortably walk along the sea in about 45 minutes.
