Stone holiday house Casa Vecchia is located in a fantastic location in the first row to the sea and the sandy beach on the north-eastern part of the island of Pasman, not far from the ferry port Tkon, in the area called Bartovica bay, near the Sovinje camp. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the Pasman channel, the islets of Planac and Sv. Katarina and all of Biograd na Moru. There are no other houses in the immediate vicinity, only a campsite is located on the south side of the house. The island of Pasman can be reached by the ferry line Biograd na moru - Tkon (Pašman), the ride takes about 15-20 minutes and sails several times a day. An asphalted road leads from the Tkon ferry pier to the house. The Robinson house is located on a plot directly by the sea, which is fenced and surrounded by greenery, so it offers guests privacy and peace. Parking for vehicles is provided inside the yard. The main advantage of Robinsonada Casa Vecchia is that there is no road between the house and the beach, which offers a safe environment for children. Other advantages are that it has access by car and parking in the yard, electricity and water connection to the communal network (unlimited use). The bedrooms on the first floor of the house are air-conditioned, the house is equipped with a dishwasher, has SAT/TV and WIFI. In front of the house is a covered terrace with a table and benches and a wood/coal grill. The sea in front of the house is only half a meter to a meter deep with a sandy bottom, which is ideal for families with small children, non-swimmers or people who are interested in learning to paddleboard. The stay of pets is allowed with prior notice and surcharge according to the price list. In front of the house there is a mooring that can be used free of charge (watch out for the draft of the boat - it's shallow here), for a fee we can check the mooring for larger vessels in the city center. If you are interested in renting a boat, we will be happy to recommend one of the boat rental companies in the city. You can reach the center of Tkon by a pleasant walk along the sea without the need to use a car in about 25 minutes of walking on flat ground and here you will find all the important amenities - restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops, grocery stores, market, butcher, ATM, pharmacy, etc. If you are interested in catering services, please let us know, we will be happy to recommend a local restaurant.

The Robinson house Casa Vecchia is ideal for guests who are looking for a stay in a quiet place and yet enjoy all the conveniences of modern accommodation. During their stay, guests can, in addition to enjoying the sun and the sea, explore the island of Pasman and the island of Ugljan, which are connected by a bridge (no toll is charged). Both islands are intertwined with many cycling and walking paths. A visit and tour of the city of Zadar and its cultural sights is also essential, and it is also available by catamaran or ferry line Preko (island Ugljan) - Zadar, which sails almost every half an hour during the season and until late at night. From Tkon you can book a one-day trip by boat to the Kornati National Park or a half-day trip to the island of Vrgada. We also recommend you to choose a quad trip at sunset.
