Apartments Ruža Nikolina are located in the popular resort of Baska Voda on the Makarska Riviera. The apartment houses have four floors with apartments for 2-4 persons, for 4-6 persons or for 6-8 persons and stands close behind, so the house are suitable not only for larger families, but also for more friends who want to travel together. Some apartments have a beautiful view on the Biokovo Mountains, some overlooking the sea and most of the apartments at the other apartments or hotel Hrvatska. The owner lives in one of the houses on the second floor, which is a big advantage, if you need any advice, you can contact him at the house.
In the basement of the house there is a garage where parking is available on request at an additional cost (only 6 parking spaces), and it is also possible to find a place in front of the house (for 1 car / 1 apt.). WiFi internet is available free of charge. All apartments are air conditioned (use of air conditioning is included in the price).
All apartments have a terrace or balcony, with views of the Biokovo Mountains, the nearby Hrvatska Hotel and other apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
In Baška Voda there are spacious pebble-sand beaches, mostly covered by pine trees. The nearest beach from the house is about 150 m, is pebble and with gradual entry into the sea. The center is about 250 m from the house, so you can walk here in a short while. In the center you will find a number of confectioneries, cafes, restaurants, shops. Baska Voda is also an ideal place for trips to the surroundings (Biokovo Mountains, Brac Islands, Hvar, Radman's Mill, Dubrovnik, Krvavica Waterfalls, Mostar). If you like walking, you can visit nearby resorts, which are connected by a promenade along the sea, to the south of Basko Polje and Promajna and to the north of Brela.
