Apartments Morelato are in a family house with a swimming pool in a residential area Kumenat in Biograd na Moru. Morelato is a maintained house with a garden which provides with privacy and around the pool is an area for sunbathing. District Kumenat is popular for it's beautiful wide pebble beach, which is about 100 meters from the house. On the beach is a cafe and restaurant. Sandy beach Soline is about 900 m and known sandy beach in the bay Crvena Luka about 2.5 km. Towards the Crvena Luka there are also FKK beaches. In Kumenat is a supermarket and several food stands.Apartment house Morelato has 5 accommodation units, the apartments are very spacious, equipped with rustic furniture in most cases with modern accessories in the kitchen and in other rooms, including a washing machine in the bathroom. The studios are smaller rooms ideal for couples and equipped with necessary facilities. A beautiful view of the sea is available from all balconies (except one studio).
Pets are not allowed. Parking is in front of the house and in the yard for free. Guests can use a grill. All apartments are equipped with SAT / TV, air-conditioning for an extra fee in case of using (payment in a place), free WiFi.
