Joca Apartments in Biograd na moru for up to 10 people are located near the beach Bošana in a quiet, safe street, yet close to the city center, promenade, shops and ferry to the island of Pasman. Popular pebble beach Bošana is approx 250 m away. There is also a big supermarket near which is only 60 meters away. To get to a peninsula with many shops and cafes is about 300 m along the quay overlooking the island of Pasman.The apartments are located in a quiet area suitable for children of a dead-end street on the ground floor of the family house, therefore there is cool shade and cold even in the days of heat. There are pets up to cca 20 kg allowed to stay in the house.
Secure parking is available in the courtyard. There are two large grills for guests built with seating suitable for groups of friends.
Biograd na Moru is a lively resort with a beautiful promenade with palm trees and many attractions for children and adults. The resort is ideal location for excursions to the national parks of northern Dalmatia and the ancient cities such as Zadar, Split, Sibenik. There is a ferry going from Biogradu to place called Tkon which is located on the Pasman island, where you can find beautiful sandy beaches with gradual entry into the water.
Athletes may use many routes to explore the beauty of the island of Pasman or alternatively also the island of Ugljan, which is connected to Pašman by a bridge.

Ground floor: Apartment for 6-7 persons - 3 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. There is a living room with a large table and kitchenette, TV, spacious bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also an extra bed available. Seating around the table in front of the apartment is intended for shared use also by the guests from the neighboring apartment.Studio for 3 persons - a bedroom with one double bed and a separate single bed, a small kitchen with a kitchenette and a table, small bathroom with shower and toilet, TV.
