Apartments Elegans are located about 20 m from a sandy beach in the resort Sveti Filip i Jakov and consist of two villas, each with 4 apartments. The apartments are particularly suitable for demanding clients who appreciate a high standard of equipment. Fantastic location right on the sandy beach, when the house is not longer separated from the beach with any road is ideal for parents with young children. From the backyard leads the door directly to walking path to the beach, on the road is about 20 steps.On the beach there is one small cafe with snacks and rent chairs. Pleasure shade is under present trees. Apartments Elegans are surrounded by other houses and located in calm area.

The whole ground of both villas Elegans is fenced and thus offers safe parking for cars. In the courtyard is available grill for free and there is a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the sea. After agreement with the owners you can ensure the use of the washing machine. On the ground floor in one of the villas there is a lounge with SAT / LCD TV, seating area and a music player.
Distance from the center is about 350 m, distance from restaurant about 350 m. In the town of St. Filip and Jakov is a medical service and pharmacy, nearest emergency at Biograd 3 km away. The center has several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pastry shop, post office, where you can also change your money.
You can walk along the sea to the south to get to the town Biograd, the distance is about 3 km to the beach Bošana. You can look north to a small village Turanj. Local tourist association prepars numerous performances and concerts in the city center every summer. If you plan to visit the surrounding national parks Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, then apartments Elegans are the great starting point.
