Apartments Denis Nemira, with a unique location right on the beach, a larger family house with studios and apartments, which is suitable for larger groups, can accommodate a whole bus. All accommodation units have a direct or side view of the sea, and from the terrace of the house you can go down a few steps and you are directly on a beautiful pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea, suitable for small children and non-swimmers. Apartment house Denis is located right next to the sea at the end of a steep road that can be reached by car. The departure and arrival of clients by bus transport takes place on the highway, from where the owner will organize the collection of luggage by car, clients need to walk about 600 meters from the highway to the house. Apartments Denis Nemira offer simple, but comfortable and tidy accommodation, where the main advantage of accommodation is its location right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Guests have 2 terraces at their disposal - a shady terrace with seating and another large terrace directly above the sea for sunbathing with deckchairs (one sunbed on the terrace per accommodation unit available free of charge). Guests can use the outdoor kitchen on the day of the guest shift. All studios and apartments are equipped with a ceiling fan. Guests can use the barbecue on the terrace. Parking is charged - right next to the house - paid on the spot. Free internet is available on the shared terrace - shared internet connection via WiFi network. Pets up to 6 kg - stay on request for extra charge.
Directly in front of the house is a pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea and a shower. Shop, restaurant, pizzeria and exchange office are located about 300 m from the apartment. A rich nightlife, shopping, a large market, sports facilities are available in the center of Omiš, which you can reach by a pleasant walk along the sea in about 45 minutes.
Equipment and availability
Studios for 2 or 3 persons (no. 1,2,3,4 on the 1st floor, no. 6,9,10 on the 2nd floor, no. 14 on the 3rd floor) – each studio has a double bed and possibly bed for 3rd person, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette
(2-burner electric cooker, fridge, kettle, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), balcony with front or side sea view.
Apartment for 4 persons (No. 13) – Apartment with a front view of the sea consists of a room for 3 people (double bed + a bed for the 3rd person) and a small room for 1 person (possibly for 2 small children under 10 years old). Both rooms are connected via a common balcony and each has its own entrance from a common corridor. The entrance to the bathroom and toilet is only from the room for 3 people. Of course, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a front view of the sea. Apartment for 4 persons (No. 5) – The apartment with a side view of the sea consists of a separate bedroom for 3 people (double bed + bed for the 3rd person) with an entrance to the balcony and an inner room where there is a sofa bed for 1 person, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. Apartment for 5 persons (No. 78) – separate bedroom for 3 people and a second room with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. The entrance to the common balcony is from both rooms. The apartment has a front view of the sea. Apartment A6 (no. 112) – the attic apartment was created by connecting 2 studios and a third separate room and consists of a total of 3 rooms - the apartment is entered through a corridor where there is a kitchenette, and there is also an entrance to two separate bedrooms for 2 people with a loggia and a side sea view and for 3 people with a balcony with a frontal sea view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The apartment includes a small bedroom only with a smaller bed for 1 person (possibly for 2 small children under 10 years old), which has its own entrance from the common corridor and is connected to one of the bedrooms via a common balcony.
