Apartment Jezgra is located in the very heart of the old part of the town of Makarska, where winding narrow streets surrounded by stone houses full of shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is above the standard and provides great comfort to guests with all essential appliances (2x air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven), therefore this apartment is suitable for long-term rent even outside of the summer holidays. Free parking is provided a few tens of meters from the house. Pets are not allowed.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, including a large fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, SAT/TV, dining room and corner set. From the living room, stairs lead to the 1st floor (not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, overweight or small children) to the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed equipped with air conditioning and a balcony and the other with a bed on floor, bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine.
