Accommodation information Margarita Maris

Tourist resort Margarita Maris is located in a tranquil setting in the shade of pine trees at the edge of Sv. Filip i Jakov, and consists of a series of beautifully landscaped and maintained bungalows. Walk along the sea in one direction leads to the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov, and the other towards the town Biograd na Moru. The resort Margareta Maris is located near the sandy-pebble beach with gradual entry into the sea. The area where the settlement is located is well maintained and fenced, and is especially suitable for family recreation. Parking is located within the settlement and the front entrance of the village in front of the main building and reception. The main building other than reception has also the restaurant with aircondition, play room and internet caffe. In the settlements are also tennis courts and a concrete multifunction playground, playground for children, playground for beach volleyball.
Meals: half board or full board - breakfast and dinner as a rich buffet (excluding drinks), lunch at extra charge.
Beach: 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach with gradual entry beach suitable for young children.
Pets are welcome.

Description of accommodation units

Margareta Maris (official categories 3*- Tourist Settlement) - in the central building is an apartment for 2-3 persons (referred to as A3), which consists of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, sliping sofa, satellite TV, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet. There is also a studio for 2-4 persons (Marked A4) - a large room with kitchenette, double bed, sleeping sofa for 2 persons, satellite TV, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet. Other units are located in bungalows (20), each with up to 4 studios for 2-4 persons. The study consists of one room with double bed, sleeping sofa for 1-2 persons (1 adult or 2 small children - in harmony with the natural disposition of 2 person on the couch), kitchenette with refrigerator and stove, bathroom with toilet, balcony or terrace with garden furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV. Possibility to rent a baby cot for an extra charge.
