- Apartments Kate i Ante are located in the vicinity of the apartments Snježana-Pela in the popular resort Lopar, which is popular particularly among parents with small children for many sandy beaches and coves. Apartments Kate i Ante are in a family house on a quieter spot in the lower street and the owners live on the ground floor. The house is older, but well maintained and two apartments have been renovated recently. They have their own entrance and are located on the 2nd floor, offering guests plenty of privacy. Pets are not allowed. Parking for guests is secured on the property owner. In the backyard is a barbecue grill available for all guests.
Description of accommodation units
Apartment for 2-4 persons consists of a bedroom with double bed and a sofa. From the bedroom is an exit to the balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the village. Living room with equipped kitchen and large fridge / freezer, sleeping sofa for 1 adult or 2 small children and a dining room, TV/SAT. Bathroom with bath and toilet in one room, and are available through a common entrance hall.
Apartment for 4-6 persons consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, from which is an exit to the long shared balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. Spacious living room with kitchen and large fridge / freezer, sofa bed for 1 adult. or 2 small children and a dining table, SAT/TV, bathroom with toilet and shower.Facilities and availability
