- Very well maintained house Josko is located not far from the hotel zone, with beautiful part sea view. It is located about 60 m from the promenade along the sea and about 250 m from the town center of city Podgora. In front of the apartment house Josko is parking for 1 car per unit. And behind the house is a grill that is also available to all guests. In Podgora beaches are mostly pebble and can be found, and works with sand and pine-shaded, which will satisfy all guests. Promenade along the town has plenty of cafe bars and restaurants and stands with various pastry-shops and souvenirs. City Podgora is situated at the foot of a mountain Biokovo, and if you decide to climb to the top, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the islands of Brac, Hvar, Korcula and Peljesac peninsula!
Description of accommodation units
- On the 1st the first floor are 3 studios for 2-3 people, each with its own entrance, has a room with a balcony with partial sea view, two beds and a sleeping sofa for 1 person, TV, kitchen, bathroom with toilet (aircondition in one studio). On the same floor next to the house is one small studio for 2 person, kitchen, bathroom with toleit, TV, aircondition, no balcony, but seating on the terrace in the yard. On 2nd floor there is an apartment for 2-4 persons - bedroom with 2 beds, balcony with partial sea view, living room with sofa for 2 persons, kitchen, TV, bathroom with toilet.
