Accommodation information Apartments Jasminka

Modern and beautifully furnished apartments are located in Biograd na moru, in part called Kumenat. This residential area is only about 2 km from the center of Biograd away, and the center can be reached by the newly built promenade along the sea coast, with the shade of pine trees. In Kumenat is a smaller pebble beach where there is a restaurant with food and drinks. For FKK fans, near are many hidden bays. Walking along the coast you can reach the hotel complex and the bay Crvna luka. In the town of Biograd, there are several banks, ATM, hospital, pharmacy, marina, post office, many charters, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, tennis courts, scuba diving and gas stations. In Kumenat is a small supermarket. The house has parking for guests and in the backyard barbecue wich is available to all guests. In the house are pets allowed, but only small once up to 6 kg.

Description of accommodation units

On the first floor is apartment no. 1 for 4-6 persons. It consists of two double bedroom, spacious living room with large sleeping sofa for 2 adults, fully equipped kitchen including oven and 2 fridges with a separate freezer and bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet, large balcony with a sea view, SAT/TV, air conditioning. Apartment no. 2 for 4-6 people is located on the 2nd floor is the same as number 1. Apartment no. 3 for 4-6 people is located on the 3rd floor in the attic, and is the same as apartments no. 1 and 2, but instead of a spacious balcony has a roof terrace that is surrounded on all sides by high walls, and offers plenty of privacy. Apartment no. 4 for 2-5 people is located on the 1st floor and consists of a double bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 sleeping sofa, dining table, bathroom with toilet, balcony, SAT/TV, air conditioning.
